ROGER C. HURD, a resident of Palm Beach County since 1962, has been practicing law in Palm Beach Gardens since 1977. Mr. Hurd received his BA in 1972 from Wabash College and his law degree in 1975 from the University of Florida. Mr. Hurd is a Past-President of the North County Section of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, a former Director of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, a member of the Trial Bar of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and The Florida Bar. He has twice been selected by the Board of Governors of the Florida Bar to serve on the Fifteenth Circuit Fee Arbitration Committee. He is an active blood donor in the community, having given over twenty-six gallons over the past forty-two years. In December 1993 he received the "Child Advocate of the Year" award from the South Coastal Division of the Children's Home Society. Mr. Hurd practices in the areas of estate planning, trusts, wills, probate, foreclosures, collections, corporations, and commercial litigation. He resides in Jupiter with his wife, Cindy.

ROBERT P. ROSS has practiced law in Palm Beach County since 1992. Mr. Ross received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Northeastern University and his law degree from Suffolk University. Mr. Ross practices in the areas of probate, guardianship, estate planning, real estate, business law, and litigation. He is a member of The Florida Bar, The Connecticut Bar, and the Palm Beach County Bar Association.
